Edvoro, a trading name of SBTL International Private Limited incorporated in India (Corporated Identity Number (U80302KL2022PTC075574), SBTL International Private Limited has its registered office address at the 6th Floor, Hilite Business Park, Calicut, Kerala, India. Pin - 673014.

In these terms and conditions, "we" refers to Edvoro, and "our" and "us" carry the corresponding meaning. "You" signifies the customer, and "your" holds the corresponding meaning.

We advise that you make a hard copy and keep these Conditions, along with any other communications or documents you receive from us related to these Conditions.

2. "Consumer" means an individual acting outside the course of business.

3. "Content" means any content, in any form, published on Our Website by us or any third party with our consent.

4. "Course(s)" means any Course, unit or units of learning you purchase from us.

5. "Course Fee/s" means the amount payable by you for the Service or Product.

6. "Products or Services" means any products or services we offer for sale on Our Website, including but not limited to the course (s), or, if the context requires, products or services we sell to you.

7. "Registration" means your official registration with us, usually the day the order is made.

8. "Student(s)" means a single user of our online learning portal with a unique username protected by a user-defined password who purchases a course with us.

9. "Materials" means items associated with the course either issued at the commencement of the course or at a later stage;

10. "Online Access" means access to the online learning portal and online learning material (the "Virtual Learning Environment");

11. "Order" means an order submitted by you to us to procure a Course.

12. "Lending Partner" means the company that has the right to provide credit to our students. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of your Credit Agreement for the details of your Finance provider and their contact information.

1."Tutor Support" means the tuition relating to the course and is provided by tutors appointed by us.

2. "Credit Agreement" means a loan contract arranged with our Lending Partner

3. "Enforce" means the Lender resorting to a court of law for an order directing you to pay

4. "Enrolment" means your enrolment in a Course

5."Enrolment Date" means the date on which we confirm your enrolment or such other date as determined by us.

6. "Guarantee" means the written instrument that sets out the terms of an indemnity.

7. "Indemnity" means a Guarantee or undertaking given by us to its Lending Partner.

8. "Intellectual Property Rights" means patents, rights to inventions, copyright and related rights, trademarks, business names and domain names, rights in get- up, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off, rights in designs, database rights, rights to use, and protect the confidentiality of, confidential information – including know-how, and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will exist now or in the future in any part of the world

9. "Interest-Free" means no interest cost for credit provided under a Credit Agreement.

10. "Learning Portal" means an online gateway to Courses, Resources, and other Learning Materials which facilitate e-learning.

11. "Our Website" means any website of ours and includes all web pages controlled by us.

12. "Payment Default" means two payments overdue under a Credit Agreement through us or a lending partner arranged under a credit option to pay for the Course Materials.

13. "Post" means display, exhibit, publish, distribute, transmit and or disclose information, Content and/or other material on Our Website, and the phrases "Posted" and "Posting" shall be interpreted accordingly.

14. "Terminate" means, in respect of the subject matter where it is referred to, to foreclose a Credit Agreement and demand full payment of all amounts due under it; and also refers to the foreclosure of any contract between you and School of Business and Technology London.

15. "Terms" means the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.


This agreement encompasses terms that pertain to students enrolled in academic courses at our institution and includes general provisions applicable to all Edvoro students. These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between the parties, replacing any prior agreements or understandings. When you enter into this agreement, both parties acknowledge that they do not place reliance on any representations, statements, promises, assurances, warranties, information, documents, or other terms not explicitly included in this agreement.

If you find any part of this agreement difficult to understand or have questions regarding your rights under it, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. To expedite the handling of your inquiries, we encourage you to get in touch with our admissions department.

Please refrain from accessing or using this site if you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions. Your use of this site will be considered as your consent to accept the terms presented here. Reviewing the terms and conditions before engaging in any transactions is crucial.

It is important to note that the courses offered by Edvoro are accredited or approved only in the country where the courses originated or gained approval; for example, if the courses are from an awarding body or university from the UK, it means that the courses are accredited or approved in the UK only though it may be recognised globally. Neither we nor the awarding bodies or universities assume any responsibility for approving the courses outside the courses' approved/ originated country, including embassies, government immigration agencies, or university admissions. If you enrol in any of the courses, you are responsible for verifying the acceptance or approval of these courses in India. We and the awarding organisations disclaim any responsibility for courses' approval in India.

By registering with Edvoro, you affirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old. Furthermore, you confirm that the information you provided about yourself in the application form is accurate, current, and complete where required. You agree to keep your information updated if any changes occur in the future. Failure to provide accurate, complete, or up-to-date information may result in the termination or suspension of your account.

You also agree to take full responsibility for any activities carried out using your account details and password. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the password you use for Online Access at all times. If you lose your password or become aware that a third party may have access to or be using it, you must promptly notify us.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to Online Access and/or discontinue the provision of services if you violate these Terms.
  • Modify, alter, or change any content in the Brochure or Site at any time.
  • Terminate or cancel Orders, although we will not charge you for any orders we cancel unless it's due to your default.


Edvoro is accredited by many awarding organisations regulated in the United Kingdom, which includes QUALIFI, OTHM and Institute of Commercial Management (ICM). In addition, Edvoro is accredited by various UK professional bodies / non-regulated awarding organisations, such as the Institute of Business and Technology (IBT), Centre for Digital Marketing (CDM), Centre for Leadership Executives (CLE), Institute of Human Resource Executives (IHRE), and Sage Qualifications. This accreditation enables us to provide a diverse selection of unregulated professional courses.

Furthermore, Edvoro has established collaborations with "Chestnut Education Group" to promote degree top-up courses awarded by institutions like Anglia Ruskin University and the University of Central Lancashire. We also have partnerships with the London Graduate School to promote degree programme awarded by the University of Buckingham. Edvoro also promotes undergraduate and postgraduate degree top-up programme awarded by Buckinghamshire New University via its franchise partner IDM International, Sri Lanka. Also, Edvoro works with Success Point College, UAE, to promote undergraduate and postgraduate degree Top-Up programme awarded by Arden University. Furthermore, Edvoro promotes degree programme Girne American University through its franchise partner IDM International FZCO, UAE.

Only certificate and diploma programmes are delivered/taught at Edvoro directly. The full degree or degree Top-Up programmes are delivered/taught by the concerned university or its franchise partner.


The degree, diploma, and certificate programmes offered by Edvoro are only recognised in the country of origin where the university or awarding body is established and may not be recognised in India. Moreover, degrees offered by Edvoro from foreign universities are not recognised under UGC. Besides, the international degree attained may not be equivalent to a degree offered by a local university. Therefore, you may not be able to pursue a further degree in India. The programmes offered by Edvoro aim to upskill and make learners competitive in the global ecosystem.


You acknowledge that each course has specific entry requirements clearly outlined on the website within the course description. It is your responsibility to ensure that you fulfill the applicable entry requirements in order to be eligible for enrolment in your desired course.

Prior to making a payment, you are required to self-declare that you meet the entry requirements for the course and are eligible to enroll. Additionally, a member of our admissions team may contact you via email or phone to inquire about your eligibility. If we are satisfied with your response, we may consider your answer as your self-declaration of meeting the eligibility criteria.

We strongly recommend that you upload your CV and a photo ID to the dashboard on the website. Your official registration with the relevant awarding body will not be completed until we have verified your ID and confirmed that you meet the eligibility criteria.

If, at any point during your course of study, we discover that any information you provided is inaccurate, we reserve the right to revoke your enrollment and registration. In such a case, no refund will be granted.


By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you possess adequate English language proficiency to successfully complete the course. Upon your enrolment, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you wish to verify your enrollment status with the awarding body, you may also contact the Registry Department.

In cases where you have a sponsor for fee payment, fail to meet the entry requirements, or if your payment is not made in accordance with the contract, you will receive a "conditional offer letter." Your enrolment will only be processed, and the welcome email will be sent to you once you have fulfilled the conditions specified in the letter.

Your registration with the relevant awarding body will be completed within 45 days from the date of your enrolment. We kindly request that you promptly update any changes to your profile, such as your name, address, contact number, or email address, within five days after registration.

For learners who choose the installment payment scheme, it is essential to make the initial 20% deposit and the first month's installment. Please note that your awarding body registration will be finalized only after we have received your initial 20% deposit and the first month's installment. Your registration will be temporarily put on hold until we receive your first installment payment. However, access to Edvoro's dedicated learning portal will be granted shortly after we receive your initial 20% deposit and complete the compliance verification process, which includes verifying your ID, previous experience, and qualifications.

In the event that we do not receive the first month's installment within one month of receiving your initial deposit, you will receive a couple of reminder emails. If the payment is still not received, access to Edvoro's Learning Management System (LMS) will be restricted, and your enrolment will be terminated.


After enrolling, we anticipate your active participation in the Learning Portal. If you remain inactive in our Student Learning Portal or do not engage in email correspondence for a continuous period of 90 days, we retain the authority to deactivate your account. Please be aware that we may not issue any prior notification or warning regarding the automated account deactivation before proceeding with termination.


1. The price you need to pay for the products or services you order is clearly specified on Our Website.

2. Payment for all courses must be made in advance using credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, or our approved lending partner. We accept payments made with Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express and UPI.

3. The Course Fees will be in accordance with the quotation we provided to you or as indicated on our website. If, for any reason, a quote has not been provided or has expired, the price list in effect at the time will determine the Course Fees. Prices may change at any time, but these changes will not affect confirmed orders that we have provided in writing.

4. It's possible that the price may have increased from the one initially posted on Our Website. In such a case, we will not dispatch the products or services until you confirm your willingness to purchase at the new price.

5. Prices are inclusive of GST.

6. We will cover bank charges imposed by the receiving bank for payments to us. Any other charges related to payments in a currency other than INR will be your responsibility.

7. Any information we provide regarding exchange rates is approximate and may vary over time.

8. If we have mistakenly underpriced products or services, we will not be obligated to supply them to you at the stated price. However, we will notify you before dispatching them.

9. If we owe you money for any reason, we will credit or refund you as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the date when we acknowledge that repayment is due.

10. In cases where products or services are bundled with examinations, and a financing agreement with Edvoro or one of Our Lending Partners is in place, full payment must be made before scheduling exam bookings.

11. Without limiting any other remedies or rights that we may have if you do not pay us on time:

12. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement by providing written notice and requiring you to settle all outstanding amounts due to us within fourteen (14) days of receiving such notice in writing.

13. If you have a payment dispute, please promptly contact support.ind@edvoro.com and provide all relevant details related to your dispute.

14. Subject to any exceptions outlined in these Terms and Conditions or in any product or service listing, Course Fees encompass all Course Materials.

16.Upon termination of this agreement for any reason:

17. You must promptly settle all outstanding invoices and interest. For a product or service supplied without an invoice, we will submit an invoice, which you must pay immediately upon receipt.

18. You are required to return all Course Materials that have not been fully paid for.

19. The rights, remedies, obligations, and liabilities of both parties as of the date of termination or expiry shall remain in effect, including the right to claim damages that existed on or before the date of termination or expiry.

20.Clauses that explicitly or implicitly survive termination will continue to be in full force and effect.

In some instances, if there is an outstanding payment, your assignment submission will not be accepted and marked as non-submission. To resolve the issues, you must pay both late payment charges and resubmission fees. We reserve the right to take legal action and/or refer the matter to a third-party debt recovery agency if all or part of your fees are outstanding, or if you have missed a payment plan. Failure to pay your fees, missed payments, or an outstanding balance may result in expulsion without a refund or withholding of documents such as certificates, transcripts, or student ID cards.


All students are obligated to complete all the assessments as outlined in the enrolled course. Once Edvoro has registered you with the awarding body, you are not permitted to make alterations to the course or module. If you make changes to your enrolment, such as switching courses or modes of study, you must pay a total of 5000 rupees as administrative and re-registration fee, unless you have well-documented extenuating circumstances. For non-extenuating deferrals, like changing intake or assessment submission dates, you will need to re-register with Edvoro and the awarding body (Fees to be confirmed). Postponing an assessment or altering the intake is only possible if the awarding body accepts the deferral according to its regulations or by-laws, and you are allowed only one deferral in any circumstance.

Learners must complete their course within the specified duration for each programme. If additional time is needed, you should communicate this to the admissions manager during enrolment. The course duration is as follows: (a) award programme last for six (6) months, (b) certificate programme have a duration of ten (10) months, (c) diploma programme extend to twelve (12) months, and (d) extended diploma programme run for eighteen (18) months. The course duration for degree top-up programme is determined by the relevant university or its partners where the learner(s) are enrolled

This course duration applies to all programme delivered by Edvoro, regardless of the awarding bodies. If, for any reason, you exceed the maximum course duration and no additional time was agreed upon during enrolment, you must submit a written request for a course extension within 14 days of the course's expiration. If your request is approved, a course extension fee will be charged. The applicable course extension fee is ₹15000 plus 18% GST for six (6) months and ₹25000 plus 18% GST for one (1) year, covering administrative charges for the course extension. You may also be required to pay any awarding body re-registration fee, if applicable, following the respective awarding body's policy.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost associated with the delivery of certificates and transcripts, which is ₹500. OTHM learners are required to pay a ₹3000 shipping cost for the delivery of certificates and transcripts.


Once your application for the course has been accepted, you will receive a password that grants you access to your personalized Learning Platform throughout the duration of your course. Your learning portal is equipped with various learning resources, including learning materials, lecture notes, assignment briefs, policies and procedures, assignment writing guidance, a support desk, and more. It's important to note that we are unable to provide learners with .ppt and .pdf versions of resources via email, except for reasonable adjustment purposes. Please understand that we do not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the quality or suitability of the contents within your Learning Platform.


At Edvoro, we provide students with learning materials created by qualified and authorized instructors. In order to successfully complete the course, it is essential to engage in additional research and readings to attain the learning objectives.

As a result, you may find it necessary to procure various books and journal articles at your own expense from external sources, such as libraries or online libraries, whenever and wherever they are needed for further research and readings.


Total Qualification Time (TQT) represents the minimum timeframe necessary for a learner to complete their course. It encompasses the Guided Learning (GL) hours and all additional time spent on preparation, study, research, or any other form of educational or training participation, without the need for direct supervision by a lecturer or tutor. TQT is a term commonly used in qualifications regulated by Ofqual.gov.uk as part of the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF). When calculating TQT, awarding bodies take into account similar qualifications to ensure both quality and requirements are met. We also consider the feedback and expectations of our qualification students during the development process leading to the attainment of the qualification. Within the course specifications, our students will encounter TQT expressed in two different ways.


At Edvoro, Guided Learning Hours (GLH) are intended for learners to engage in activities and presentations while being guided, instructed, or supervised by an instructor, tutor, or supervisor. This guidance can be provided through physical presence or electronic means, such as prepared lecture slides or learning materials. In courses that follow a structured format, each unit is assigned a designated GLH value. However, in courses that lack a structured format, GLH is allocated at the course level.

At Edvoro, we offer comprehensive learning materials that have been meticulously prepared by qualified and authorized instructors, aligning with the specifications outlined by the awarding body to constitute Guided Learning Hours. Additionally, you will receive valuable formative feedback on your assignments for each unit, emphasizing the learning and development aspects that are integral to the guided learning hours.


At Edvoro, we follow a unique approach that provides an immersive learning experience that differentiates us from other institutions. Indeed, we have taken distance education to a new phase where the support level is incredibly high. Our simplified online learning facilitates learners to achieve high career growth without stress and dilemmas. The learning platform provided by Edvoro is equipped with rich learning resources and a built-in support desk to offer an innovative learning experience to our learners. Please note that the online learning mode does not facilitate direct or live interactions with your tutor. Instead, we operate a centralized tutor support desk portal where our support team collaborates with tutors and students to ensure timely and comprehensive guidance, assessment feedback, and study support.

When a learner submits a support request via the support desk portal, whether it's for guidance, assessment feedback, or additional assistance, one of our support team members assigns the request to an allocated tutor. Once the support team receives a response from the assigned tutor, it will be made available to the learner through the portal. Expect to receive a response to queries related to guidance and assistance within 1 to 2 working days. However, if the support request pertains to assessment feedback, you will receive feedback in accordance with the time frame specified in the Assessment Feedback Policy.

At Edvoro, we strategically employ simplified Blended Learning so learners can conveniently study online and in classroom at Edvoro campus. Besides, learners can also opt for online live classes at their convenience instead of classroom learning. The learning platform provided by Edvoro is equipped with rich learning resources and a built-in support desk to offer an immersive learning experience to our learners. Learners get enhanced learning experience opportunities to develop knowledge and skills with innovative learning methods. Our live classes are conducted online through applications like Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. Apart from the live sessions, you will also receive tutor support through our support desk portal, similar to the online learning mode.

The Blended Learning programme offered by Edvoro encompasses the following features:

You are expected to acknowledge that Edvoro adheres to rigorous Assessment Policies, which encompass both formative and summative assessment procedures. Formative and summative assessment feedback is an integral part of the assessment process. It is essential that you review and comprehend the Assessment policies and procedures available in your learning portal (LMS).

You will be granted a maximum of two opportunities for assessment resubmissions. If you do not achieve a passing grade after the three attempts provided for any assessment, you will not be granted further opportunities to resubmit the referred assignment. Additionally, all components submitted as second or third attempts will be subject to a pass mark cap. It is crucial that you thoroughly read and understand the terms outlined in the assessment and feedback policies.


By selecting a monthly installment plan with Edvoro, you are consenting to pay an initial deposit of at least 20%, which includes any applicable taxes. Subsequently, you will be responsible for making the remaining monthly payments, which will be billed to your credit or debit card or withdrawn from your financial institution. You acknowledge that you have the option to prepay your outstanding balance at any time.

In choosing to pay in monthly installments, you grant authorization to Edvoro to charge your credit or debit card or withdraw funds from your financial institution for invoiced product or service charges. You confirm that you have the necessary authority to authorize payments from the provided account for the purpose of paying for Edvoro's products and services. It's important to understand and agree that Edvoro bears no liability for any billing inaccuracies or incorrect charges. In case of a billing error, Edvoro's sole responsibility is to rectify it when and if Edvoro becomes aware of the error.

You also comprehend that both your credit or debit card issuer and Edvoro retain the right, with written notice, to terminate this payment option and/or your participation in a course(s). Edvoro reserves the right to limit course access and/or revoke account privileges if the account is not paid by the installment payment due date or if any authorized charge is declined by the credit or debit card or your financial institution for any reason.

You acknowledge that payment will be charged to the credit or debit card or withdrawn from your financial institution on the specified installment days or the next business day (or later, in the event of unforeseen circumstances). This authorization remains valid until Edvoro has received written notification of its termination in a manner that allows Edvoro and your financial institution reasonable time to act on it. You understand that if any account or credit/debit card number provided at checkout changes, this authorization will remain in effect for the new account number(s).

Under all payment plans, payments are due on the specified dates, irrespective of course cancellations or rescheduling. Any refunds or exchanges will be subject to Edvoro's standard course refund policies. Failure to continue scheduled payments in case of course cancellations or rescheduling may result in your account being canceled.

Edvoro retains the right to impose a processing fee in the event of any declined charge for any reason. You also agree that Edvoro will only complete your awarding body registration after receiving your initial minimum deposit of 20% and the first month's installment. Your registration will be placed on hold until the first installment payment is received. Access to our dedicated learning portal will be granted shortly after we receive your initial minimum deposit of 20% and complete the compliance check process, which includes verifying your ID, prior experience, and qualifications

For payments made through a monthly installment plan using your debit or credit card, you understand that these payments are processed by our Subscription Software with our merchant account provider. Edvoro does not have control over their payment system, and your payment information is never accessible to our contractors or staff members. You will be directed to a secure page on the websites of PayPal, Stripe, or another trusted payment service provider during the payment process.


By enroling in a Top-Up Degree, you acknowledge that this enrolment is contingent upon successfully completing the relevant pathway diploma course that leads to the corresponding Top-Up Degree. Edvoro's role is to facilitate the enrolment process for the Top-Up Degree once you have successfully completed the specified pathway diploma recognised by the respective university where you plan to study. Should you have any complaints or grievances related to the assessment or certification process, it is your responsibility to contact the respective study center or university where you are enrolled.

When you enroll in a top-up degree course, you also agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by the center or university responsible for delivering or awarding the programme. For specific details regarding cancellations and refunds related to degree top-up courses, please refer to the relevant section.


a) We want to make it clear that information regarding all aspects of our products or services is not solely contained in this document but is also available in our marketing materials, whether in the form of content on Our Website or hard copies.

b) The following rules apply to the cancellation of your order:

1) If you have ordered products or services (courses) and have not yet received order/enrolment confirmation and learning portal login credentials, you have the right to cancel your order without providing a reason within fourteen (14) days of placing your order. In this case, you have no obligation, and we will refund your payment.

2) If you have ordered products or services (courses) and have received order/enrolment confirmation and learning portal login credentials, you may still cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving them, without providing a reason. We will calculate and offer a refund provided that the appropriate conditions have been met.

3) We will return your money subject to the following conditions:

  • You have not accessed your products or services (courses) on your online learning portal.
  • You comply with our returns and refunds procedure.
  • 4) The option to cancel your order is not available if:

  • You have accessed your products or services (courses) on your online learning portal.
  • The fourteen (14) day cancellation period has expired.
  • c) To request a refund, you must submit a correctly completed form, which is available upon request.

    d) You agree to waive your 14-day cooling-off period and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel the contract if you access your course on your learning portal within 14 days of receiving the order/enrolment confirmation.

    e) If you have enrolled for a diploma plus degree top-up course and did not successfully complete the diploma course, or if you decide not to pursue the degree top course after completing the diploma, you will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be granted in cases where the Top-Up Course is withdrawn by the Centre/University or is no longer available. Your cancellation must be submitted in writing within the Cancellation Period. The refund will be provided subject to the conditions outlined in 19.3 and its subsequent conditions.

    f) If you enroll in a degree Top-Up only course delivered by our partner center/university and wish to cancel your order, the refund is not guaranteed. Also, we cannot guarantee any refund in the event of bankruptcy, liquidation, or closure of any of our partnering organisations that deliver the Top-Up degree courses. If you are terminated from the Top-Up Degree course due to any late fee payment, you will not be eligible for a refund.

    g) We offer both accredited and non-accredited courses. Accredited courses are awarded by recognized awarding bodies or universities, while non-accredited or unregulated courses are awarded by non-recognized awarding organisations or professional bodies. We do not assume responsibility if the awarding body or university loses its recognition or status from the relevant authority, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. You also accept that in the unlikely event of Edvoro's accreditation(s) being withdrawn by the awarding body(s) or relevant authority(s), you will not be eligible for a refund.

    h) All refund requests should be submitted via support.ind@edvoro.com


    a) If you are located outside India, we do not have knowledge of, and are not responsible for, the laws in your country.

    b) It is your responsibility to ensure that your purchase of products or services complies with the laws in your jurisdiction. You are also responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes that may be imposed in your country.


    We may occasionally need to temporarily suspend your access to the course for maintenance or emergency services, whether it's scheduled or unscheduled. You understand that your ability to access the Course and/or Website may be impacted by unexpected or unscheduled downtime, but we will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from such downtime.

    It's important to note that we cannot guarantee the quality of Online Learning Packages provided by Third Party Sellers. However, your statutory rights against the Third Party Seller remain unaffected.

Besides, learners can also opt for online live classes at their convenience instead of classroom learning. The learning platform provided by Edvoro is equipped with rich learning resources and a built-in support desk to offer an immersive learning experience to our learners. Learners get enhanced learning experience opportunities to develop knowledge and skills with innovative learning methods. Our live classes are conducted online through applications like Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.

    Apart from the live sessions, Edvoro operates a centralized Support Desk Portal where our support team collaborates with both tutors and students to provide guidance, feedback, and other forms of support. When a learner submits a support request through the support desk portal, whether it's for guidance, feedback, or further assistance, one of our support team members assigns the request to an allocated tutor. Once the support desk receives a response from the designated tutor, it will be promptly relayed to the learner. This streamlined support system is designed to assist students efficiently.

    You can anticipate receiving responses to queries related to guidance and assistance within 1-3 working days. However, for support requests concerning assessment feedback, you will receive a response in accordance with the time frame outlined in the Assessment Feedback Policy.


    By enroling with Edvoro, you acknowledge and agree that students are granted two chances for resubmission if referred or failed. Nevertheless, any elements submitted as a second or third attempt will be capped at the pass mark. Students will be charged Rs.3000 plus 18% GST VAT for the initial resubmission of a unit and Rs.3000 plus 18% GST for all subsequ ent resubmissions of the same unit.

    In the event that a unit is referred or failed by the student, we will provide the marking sheet with detailed feedback so that students can identify any mistakes or discrepancies in their work. If the resubmission assignment brief differs from the previous one, we will provide it to the student as soon as it is received or approved by the awarding body.

If it results in any violation of the third party's rights or breaches any laws, you will be held liable for any legal actions that may arise from this breach.     c) Any actions, negligence, or defaults by any of your agents, employees, licensees, or customers.

    d) Any contractual claims that may arise from your use of the products or services.

    e) Any infringement of the intellectual property rights of any individual.


    a) Any event that is unforeseen or unexpected refers to an event that is beyond the reasonable control of Edvoro. This clause mainly includes an ‘Act of God‘but is not limited to it and may include man-made conditions. Events such as earthquakes, floods, tsunami, wars, riots or epidemics, failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of Suppliers or subcontractors, etc all fall under this category.

    b) Edvoro shall not be held liable to you due to any delay or failure in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms and Conditions arising from an unforeseen or unavoidable incident.

    c) If any such event hinders Edvoro from providing any product or service, we shall, without limiting our other rights or remedies, retain the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions immediately by issuing written notice to you.


    Edvoro grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to utilize its materials, content, and software on your personal media device. This right is subject to the condition that you do not, and do not permit any third party to, engage in activities such as copying, modifying, creating derivative works, reverse engineering, reverse assembling, or attempting to uncover the source code. You are also prohibited from selling, assigning, sublicensing, granting a security interest in, or transferring any rights in the software.


    Edvoro reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at its discretion, with or without prior notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that Edvoro has the authority to amend or revise any part of this Agreement as necessary. The terms and conditions that are applicable to you are the ones that are published on our website on the day you access our website and finalize your enrolment in a course. We recommend that you retain a printed copy of this Agreement for your reference.


    a) Prior to reporting any defect, fault, or technical issue concerning our products or services, we kindly request that you carefully review the provided instructions and guidelines to confirm that you have followed the correct procedure.

    b)It's important to ensure that you thoroughly check the specified technical requirements for our products and services on our website before making a purchase. Failure to do so will not be categorized as a defect, fault, or technical issue.

    c)Once a defect, fault, or technical issue has been confirmed, we will expeditiously communicate this information to the relevant party for resolution.

    d) In case a defect, fault, or technical issue is identified, we will:

    1. Arrange for rectification when applicable.

    2. Pass on the information to the relevant party for rectification, where applicable.

    e) While we strive to ensure the accuracy of Course Materials, we do not guarantee that they will be entirely error-free.

    f) You acknowledge that Course Materials may become outdated or incorrect due to the rapidly evolving nature of information technology.

    g) It is important to note that we do not offer refunds of Course Fees if Course Materials are not entirely error-free, accurate, or up to date.

    h) We are not responsible for issues beyond our control that may prevent your access to the Online Learning System/Learning Portal, such as your internet connection speed, use of third-party security software, firewall/proxy servers, or your internet service provider's performance.

    i) We may use drip content settings to release learning materials unit by unit, which means you won't have access to all unit materials simultaneously.

    j) While you are enroled in a course, we will do our best to ensure uninterrupted access to Course Materials through the Online Learning Portal, except for:

    1. Scheduled maintenance of the Online Learning Portal.

    2. Events beyond our control.


    You acknowledge that your use of the website is entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edvoro and any subsidiary, parent, affiliate, officer, director, licensor, employee, supplier, distributor, reseller agent, owner, or operator of Edvoro disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, related to the website and your use of it. Edvoro provides no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the website's content or the content of any linked sites. Edvoro assumes no liability or responsibility for any:

    Academic dishonesty encompasses any actions taken by a student to gain an unfair advantage, such as obtaining extra marks, for themselves or other students through unauthorized means. It includes behaviors like collusion, deceit, plagiarism, and cheating during examinations.

    Collusion involves the unauthorized cooperation between two or more students in the creation and submission of work that is then presented as individual work. If one or more students copy from each other, all parties involved may face penalties.

    Deceit encompasses misrepresentation or the failure to disclose relevant information, including not revealing instances of work submitted for assessment that have been or will be used for other academic purposes.

    Plagiarism is the act of using someone else's words, images, or other content as if they were your own, without proper attribution.

    Cheating refers to any attempt to gain an unfair advantage in an assessment, including examinations, or assisting another student in doing so. This includes actions such as copying from other candidates, collusion, impersonation, plagiarism, and accessing unseen examination papers without authorization.

    It is in the best interest of all Edvoro students to uphold the strong reputation of its academic awards. Cooperation is expected to actively preserve the integrity of the assessment process. All Edvoro students are responsible for maintaining high personal standards of academic honesty in their studies and for reporting any instances of academic misconduct that come to their attention.


    We maintain the right to conclude the Agreement detailed in these Terms under the following conditions:

    (a) If you are in a substantial breach (including non-payment) of any provision of these Terms that is not curable, or if it is curable, remains unresolved for a period of thirty (30) days after receiving notice from us to rectify such breach. In such cases, we may suspend the provision of our Services to you, including your Online Access, without incurring any liability, until the breach is resolved.

    (b) If you demonstrate an inability to pay your debts or exhibit signs of financial distress, such as failing to pay a debt owed to us or a third party on the due date. This encompasses scenarios where a bankruptcy petition is filed against you, a bankruptcy order is issued against you, or you take steps to establish an individual voluntary arrangement.

    (c)If you engage in any unauthorized activity related to the course(s) that infringes upon our Intellectual Property Rights.

    In the event of the Agreement being terminated as described in these Terms, you are required to:

    (a) Return the Materials and Software to us

    (b) Delete all copies of the Software, including any copies stored on your computer's hard drive.

    (c) Immediately cease using the Services and Online Access.


    This Agreement is regulated by the laws of India. You consent that any dispute arising from the terms of this Agreement will be within the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Our terms and conditions may be periodically revised. We suggest and advise that you periodically review our terms and conditions to stay informed about any modifications and revisions.
